Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To start a return process, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Once you have the RA number, securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that the timing of the refund may vary depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. You may be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will promptly work to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, according to your preference.

Non-Returnable Items
